Terms of Service

Scrollmatics lets you create animated marketing videos from our templates. You may use the free plan within its monthly allowance (1 watermarked video per calendar month), or subscribe to Unlimited for unrestricted exports without the watermark.

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to create content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing or misleading, and not to resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the service or its templates.

You keep full ownership of the text, images and other content you add to templates. You grant us permission only to store and process it as needed to operate the service (for example, saving your library and brand kit).

Templates and animations themselves remain the property of Scrollmatics and are licensed to you for use in your own posts and marketing.

Accounts require an email address. The free allowance is enforced per calendar month and resets on the 1st. Paid subscriptions ($4.99/month or $49/year) unlock unlimited downloads and remove the watermark. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Refunds for accidental renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us through the form on our home page.

We aim to keep Scrollmatics available at all times, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may add, change or remove features and templates over time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time, and we will delete associated data on request.
