When you sign up we store your email address and the plan you are on. When you save a brand kit or a creation, we store the content you entered for it. Download records are kept to enforce the free monthly allowance. If you contact us through the footer form, we store your name, email and message so we can reply.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your account is protected by email authentication, and every piece of saved data is protected by database-level security rules that make it visible only to you. Plans and download limits are enforced on our servers, not in your browser, so clearing cookies or switching devices cannot bypass them — and your saved work stays safe when it does.

Sensitive configuration such as service credentials is never exposed to your browser.

You can view, edit and delete your brand kits and saved creations from your account at any time. If you want your account and all associated data fully deleted, contact us through the form on our home page and we will process the request.

We use a small number of service providers to run Scrollmatics: a database and authentication provider, a payment provider for subscriptions, and infrastructure for hosting the site. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

We use browser storage only to keep you signed in between visits and to remember your free download allowance. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
